Credit challenges kill real estate deals. A client walks in ready to buy their first home, excited about the future, only to discover their credit score won't qualify them for a loan. The realtor loses the commission. The mortgage broker loses the deal. The client loses their dream. Everyone walks away disappointed.

Credit Repair Cloud understood this pain point intimately. They'd built a successful platform empowering entrepreneurs to launch and run credit repair businesses. But they saw a bigger opportunity: what if they could directly connect real estate professionals—realtors, mortgage brokers, loan officers—with top-tier credit repair experts?

The vision was clear. The execution required building an entirely new platform from scratch.

Credit Repair Cloud needed to launch Get Credit Help, a marketplace connecting two distinct user groups with different needs, workflows, and expectations. Real estate professionals needed a simple way to refer credit-challenged clients and track their progress. Credit repair organizations needed tools to manage client onboarding, showcase their services, and build reputation through reviews.

This wasn't about tweaking existing features. It was about designing and developing a complete MVP that would establish a new business line and create value for multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously.

Understanding the marketplace dynamics

Marketplace platforms are inherently complex. You're not designing for one user type, you're designing for at least two, each with distinct goals and behaviors that need to intersect seamlessly.

We started with comprehensive discovery research, interviewing real estate professionals and credit repair organizations to understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements.

Real estate professionals needed simplicity. They're not credit experts. They're focused on closing deals. The platform couldn't burden them with complexity or require deep credit knowledge. Referral needed to be fast, tracking needed to be clear, and value needed to be obvious.

Credit repair organizations needed capability. They required robust tools to manage client intake, set pricing, showcase credentials, and build reputation. The platform needed to support their business operations without creating administrative overhead.

Trust was the foundation. Both sides needed confidence in the marketplace. Real estate professionals needed assurance they were referring clients to legitimate, effective credit repair experts. Credit repair organizations needed protection against fraud and a fair system for reputation management.

These insights shaped our entire design strategy. Every feature needed to serve one or both user groups while maintaining the marketplace's integrity.

Designing the onboarding foundations

Getting users into the platform efficiently was critical. Complex onboarding kills marketplace adoption before it starts.

Consumer entry flow

We designed a streamlined intake process for clients seeking credit repair help. The flow guides users through essential questions—current credit situation, financial goals, contact information—gathering exactly what credit repair professionals need to assess the case and provide accurate estimates.

The interface prioritizes clarity over cleverness. Questions are straightforward. Progress is visible. Users understand why information is needed and what happens next. The entire flow takes minutes, not hours, reducing drop-off while still collecting comprehensive data.

CRO marketplace application

Credit repair organizations face a different challenge: proving they're qualified to join the marketplace.

We built an application flow that balances thoroughness with usability. Organizations provide business details, upload licenses and credentials, set pricing structures, and explain their approach. The process ensures compliance and quality standards while remaining navigable.

Each step includes contextual help explaining requirements and why they matter. Upload areas clearly specify acceptable file formats and sizes. Pricing configuration provides examples and guidance. The goal was removing uncertainty at every decision point.

The application concludes with a review screen showing everything submitted, allowing organizations to catch errors before final submission. This reduces back-and-forth and speeds up approval processes.

Building trust through transparency

In marketplace platforms, reputation systems aren't optional—they're fundamental infrastructure.

Feedback system

We designed a comprehensive review and rating system that serves multiple purposes simultaneously.

Credit repair organizations receive structured feedback from real estate professionals and their referred clients. Reviews cover communication quality, results achieved, timeline adherence, and overall satisfaction. This multi-dimensional approach provides nuanced reputation signals rather than simplistic star ratings.

Organizations can respond to reviews directly through the platform, addressing concerns and highlighting successes. This creates accountability while giving organizations agency over their reputation narrative.

The moderation system allows Credit Repair Cloud to maintain quality standards, flagging inappropriate reviews while preserving authentic feedback. The balance protects against abuse while maintaining transparency.

For real estate professionals choosing which credit repair experts to work with, the feedback system provides the due diligence they need. They can see track records, read detailed experiences from other professionals, and make informed referral decisions.

Creating operational visibility

Marketplace participants need dashboards that surface the right information at the right time.

Client dashboard

We designed a centralized interface where real estate professionals track all referred clients in one place.

The dashboard highlights key metrics immediately: total leads referred, clients currently in progress, estimated revenue impact, and aggregate credit score improvements. These numbers tell the story of value delivered through the platform.

Individual client cards show current status, assigned credit repair organization, progress milestones, and projected completion dates. Real estate professionals can see at a glance which clients are on track for loan approval and which need attention.

Search and filter capabilities let users segment clients by status, credit repair partner, referral date, or score improvement. This supports different workflows—checking on a specific client before a meeting, reviewing all completed repairs for commission calculations, or identifying which credit repair organizations deliver the best results.

The dashboard isn't just reporting—it's a working tool that supports ongoing client relationships and business development.

Building for scalability and flexibility

Marketplace participants need dashboards that surface the right information at the right time.

Client dashboard

The technical foundation mattered as much as the user experience.

We developed the website in Webflow, prioritizing responsiveness across devices and scalability as the marketplace grows. The architecture supports future integrations with Credit Repair Cloud's existing systems and potential third-party tools.

Performance optimization ensured fast load times critical for user retention. Real estate professionals checking client status on mobile between appointments can't wait for slow dashboards. Credit repair organizations accessing the platform throughout the day need snappy interactions.

The design system we established supports consistent experiences while allowing flexibility for future features. New capabilities can be added without redesigning foundational patterns.

Throughout development, we conducted rigorous testing across user flows, identifying friction points and resolving them before launch. The goal was shipping a polished MVP that felt complete, not a rough prototype requiring tolerance.

"I have felt that they are a partner to us in the work we're trying to get done versus an ad-hoc consultant that we need whenever."
Keenan Jones, Product Owner at Credit Repair Cloud

What it enabled

Get Credit Help launched successfully, establishing Credit Repair Cloud's presence in the real estate professional market.

Real estate professionals gained a tangible solution for credit-challenged clients. Instead of turning away potential buyers, they can now offer a path forward—with transparent tracking and expert support. This transforms dead-end situations into future commissions.

Credit repair organizations accessed a new client acquisition channel connected directly to real estate transactions. The marketplace matches them with pre-qualified leads from trusted professional referrals, not cold prospects.

Clients with credit challenges received structured help connecting them to vetted experts, improving their financial health and enabling homeownership that seemed out of reach.

The platform demonstrated that thoughtful marketplace design can create value for multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously. When the infrastructure serves everyone's needs effectively, the ecosystem thrives.

Credit Repair Cloud now operates a marketplace that didn't exist before—connecting industries, enabling transactions, and improving financial outcomes for thousands of people. That's what building the right infrastructure accomplishes.
