Fynn was seeking to improve caregiver efficiency and accuracy in managing resident information and daily activities of living (ADLs). Their goal was to simplify complex workflows and reduce caregiver workload while maintaining high-quality care standards.
Our Solution
We collaborated with Fynn to design several key features, but the two most important ones are:
- Bulk ADLs Management: A streamlined interface enabling caregivers to manage, filter, and update multiple residents' ADLs with ease.
- Resident Profile: A comprehensive, user-friendly profile view with all relevant resident details centralized for quick access and updates.
Additionally, we partnered with their marketing team to create minimalistic feature animations, enhancing the platform’s presentation and engagement.

The Resident Profile redesign focused on creating a streamlined interface to manage resident information effectively. Key features included "At Risk Flow" for flagging critical health concerns, "Pending Discharge" to manage resident transitions seamlessly, and "Temporary Warning" alerts for immediate medical updates.
Each component was optimized for quick access and clarity, allowing caregivers to prioritize tasks efficiently while ensuring residents' needs are met. This redesign simplifies complex workflows, helping staff deliver high-quality care with greater transparency and ease.
Bulk ADL
The Bulk ADL Management feature was crafted to simplify workflows for caregivers, ensuring efficiency in managing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) across multiple residents. Enhanced features such as the "At Risk" flow provide immediate visual cues and details about residents needing urgent attention, while the ability to acknowledge and address temporary warnings adds an extra layer of care precision.
