We designed a scalable MVP that translated Datarova’s complex features into a clean, easy-to-navigate interface. Highlights include:
- Team Management: Tools to manage team members and restrict access to specific projects.
- Performance Metrics Visualization: Advanced tracking with customizable filters, dropdown trees, and intervals for detailed analysis.
- Error Handling and Feedback: Designed popups for account and billing notifications, error messages, and keyword suggestions to improve user interaction.
- Billing and Subscription: Created intuitive pages for billing, subscription upgrades/downgrades, and retrying failed payments.

We followed a user-centered design approach, prioritizing iterative feedback and refinement. A significant focus was placed on Design QA, where we rigorously reviewed and tested the development team's implementation of designs to ensure accuracy and consistency. This meticulous process ensured that critical features like saved filters, dropdown trees, and billing pages matched the intended user experience and resolved usability issues effectively.

We redesigned Datarova’s platform to enhance usability and streamline workflows, focusing on critical features like the Billing Page for seamless subscription management, the BSR Tracker with intuitive color coding and clear intervals for actionable insights, Saved Filters to simplify task repetition, and Keywords Overview with improved data visualization and management. Billing Page
The redesigned billing page for Datarova simplifies subscription management with clear progress bars for usage metrics like projects, ASINs, and keywords. Notifications for exceeded limits encourage timely upgrades, while the payment summary and history provide transparency. Users can easily manage plans, ensuring uninterrupted access and informed decisions.

Best Seller Rank (BSR) Tracker
The redesigned BSR (Best Seller Rank) Tracker offers a clear, color-coded table for tracking product rankings over time, making it easy to identify trends and performance changes at a glance. With filtering, export options, and the ability to add notes directly to the data, users can monitor their products effectively and act on insights to improve rankings and sales. This feature empowers users to stay competitive and make data-driven decisions.

Keywords Overview
The redesigned Keywords Overview feature provides users with comprehensive insights into keyword performance. By combining detailed metrics such as visibility, average position, and distribution trends, users can track keyword rankings effectively. The interface supports easy filtering and customization, ensuring that users can focus on critical data points to refine their strategies. This enhancement simplifies keyword management and empowers better optimization decisions.

Design System
We completely restructured the design system from the ground up, starting with a solid foundation. This included cleaning up and reorganizing components, refining auto layout, updating styles and typography, and ensuring all components are perfectly aligned with the production environment.
