Credit Repair Cloud is a leading software platform that empowers entrepreneurs and businesses to start, run, and grow their own credit repair services. By providing comprehensive tools and training, they enable users to efficiently manage credit repair processes, aiming to improve clients' credit scores and financial health.

The Challenge

Credit Repair Cloud aimed to expand their service offerings by launching a new project under their brand. The objective was to create a platform that connects real estate professionals—such as realtors, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and loan originators—with top-tier credit repair businesses. This initiative sought to transform credit-challenged clients into qualified candidates, thereby increasing loan approvals and commissions for these professionals.

Our Solution

We collaborated closely with Credit Repair Cloud to design and develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for their new platform, Get Credit Help. Our team was responsible for the entire design process, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, ensuring the platform was intuitive and aligned with the brand's identity. Additionally, we developed the website to effectively communicate the platform's value proposition and facilitate user engagement.

Process

  1. Discovery Phase: Conducted comprehensive research to understand the needs of real estate professionals and credit repair businesses, identifying key features and functionalities required for the platform.
  2. Design Phase: Developed wireframes and prototypes focusing on user-centric design principles, ensuring seamless navigation and a cohesive user experience.
  3. Development Phase: Built the website using modern web development technologies (Webflow), ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and integration capabilities with existing systems.
  4. Testing and Launch: Performed rigorous testing to identify and resolve any issues, followed by a successful launch of the platform.

The Get Credit Help platform was successfully launched, providing real estate professionals with a valuable tool to assist clients facing credit challenges. The platform facilitated partnerships with top credit repair experts, leading to improved client credit scores and increased loan approvals.

The CRO Marketplace Application is a streamlined onboarding tool for credit repair organizations. It guides users through key steps like providing business details, setting pricing plans, uploading licenses, and reviewing submissions. The process ensures compliance and prepares CROs to connect with clients efficiently while maintaining high platform standards.

Consumer Entry Flow

The Consumer Entry Flow streamlines the onboarding process for users seeking credit repair assistance. By guiding consumers through intuitive steps, the flow gathers essential information to connect them with the most suitable credit repair professionals, ensuring a tailored and efficient experience.

Feedback System

The Feedback System enables credit repair organizations to manage and respond to client reviews seamlessly. It includes features for collecting, moderating, and addressing feedback, ensuring transparency and improving customer satisfaction. The system fosters trust by allowing organizations to maintain a positive reputation through active engagement with client feedback.

Dashboard

The Client Dashboard provides a centralized interface for managing and tracking client information, credit repair progress, and performance statistics. It highlights key metrics such as leads, clients in progress, revenue, and score improvements, while allowing easy access to individual client details. Users can filter, search, and view credit score metrics, refer clients, and manage partnerships with credit repair professionals—all within a clean, navigable layout.
